How to force the bot to ask users for their birth dates and collect them automatically

There're several ways of how you can make BirthdayBot collect your teammates' birthdays:

1. When creating a BirthdayBot team

Simply don't remove the tick from the Ask birthdays checkbox and once you hit the Save button, users will get an invite to add their birthday to BirthdayBot.

2. If you already have a team

Let's open BirthdayBot on its Home tab, navigate to the Birthday teams section, and click the View Details button.

Once a new window opens up showing you how many users still haven't recorded their birthdays yet, click the Ask birthdays button and confirm with the Ask everyone.
