How to set hire dates

Work anniversaries are available for paid plans only. Let's head up the link to unlock them https://birthdaybot.io/pricing/. 

Please note that hire dates can be set by BirthdayBot admins only. By default, the user start date is the day when a new hire joins the workspace.

BirthdayBot admins can bulk upload anniversaries with the Excel file. To do this, you need

    1.   to open the bot on the Home tab 

    2.   navigate to the Anniversaries section

    3.   click Add or import hire dates

This will bring you to a new window giving you a chance to get a template of an Excel file.

 4.   hit Import from file, read the info in a pop-up window carefully 

    5.   click Get file

    6.   find your file on the Messages tab, download it and fill out the fields following the instructions given in the message. 

    7.   Once finished, drag and drop your file with the hire dates listings back as a direct message to the bot or attach it by hitting the plus icon.
